Welcome to the Paint A
Quarter Horse Ranch. Located one hour east of Dallas,
Texas. Steven and Cindy's love for paint horses
started as farm kids in northeast Missouri. They were united
in marriage in 1975 and ventured off the farm in 1976 when
Steven joined the military.
The military took the Bradley family to many states and
countries. As an Army helicopter pilot Steven was able
to see the land up close. After active duty and a few flying
jobs Steven landed a job as a pilot for American Airlines
and off to Texas they went! Once settled in Texas
Cindy was able to complete her Bachelor Degree in Nursing at
Texas Women University and works part time as a Hospice
Nurse in East Texas. She devotes the rest of her time
to the horses.

Our philosophy at the Paint A Quarter
Horse Ranch is to breed a great all around Paint Horse that
is just more than color. We like to see a horse that
is competitive in Western and English Events and we
also have a few ropers and reiners. All good
trainers will tell you this: If it is not in their heart
they will not do it for you.
Our breeding program is small. This
allows us to devote time to each foal so that the youngster
will be ready for the trainer. We want to see success
in every one of our foals, whether you just want a good
riding horse or you want to be competitive in the show ring.
